Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Items are eligible if:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Product is not damaged by the customer

Items failing these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Refund will be initiated after quality inspection.

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted once.

  • If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or special drops (if applicable)

  • Items showing signs of use or washing

  • Products without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order number and product photos

  3. Our team will assist you quickly

Processing Time

  • Return approval: 2–3 business days
