Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Items are eligible if:
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
Product is not damaged by the customer
Items failing these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refund will be initiated after quality inspection.
Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup will be attempted once.
If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, customers may need to self-ship the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sale or special drops (if applicable)
Items showing signs of use or washing
Products without original packaging
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Processing Time
Return approval: 2–3 business days
Pickup & inspection: 3–5 days
Refund processing: 5–7 business days
